Designed for automatic monitoring of the state of the drive of a sucker rod oil pump of the "machine-rocking" type and its protection against destruction in the event of an emergency.
- simultaneous measurement of instantaneous and average vibration parameters in various representations (vibration acceleration, vibration velocity, vibration displacement) along two coordinate axes, two tilt angles and temperature (at the sensor installation site);
- processing / analysis of information, assessment of the levels of measured parameters, control of a discrete output, thanks to the controller integrated in the sensor;
- the presence of a digital communication interface for transmitting information to the upper level, as well as for changing your own settings (response delay time, setting level);
- can be installed on the pimping unit of all types, both domestic and imported.
Depending on the customer's needs, it can be completed with a data acquisition module (DAM) for archiving sensor parameters and further analysis in case of emergency situations (offline version) and, in addition to DAM, with a multifunctional router for data transmission via cellular networks (online version).
TIK-ZSK-K is used for emergency protection of the well cluster, the composition and operation principle of the device remains unchanged.
