Emergency protection system of the pumping-unit TIK-ZSK New product

Consists of multifunctional integrated vibration sensor DVA484.1XX and controller TIK-PLC 481.

The system monitors the level of vibration on the traverse and, when the settings are exceeded, sends a signal to turn off the pump (TIK-PLC 481), which allows the equipment to be kept from breaks in the cables, rods and structural deformation.

  • simultaneous measurement of up to 20 parameters - instantaneous and averaged vibration parameters in various representations (vibration acceleration, vibration velocity, vibration displacement) along three axes and angles of inclination relative to the horizontal plane;
  • several options for completing the system at the Customer’s choice, including: mesh trays for mounting cable runs, load sensors on the bar and motor current, a software package for visualizing monitored parameters, a TIK-REG recorder for data transmission via cellular networks, etc .;
  • the system can be installed on all types of PSNG, both domestic and imported.
